Teaching
Teaching
We are not in it for the income
We are in it for the outcome!
Love this, thank you to two dear friends who are wonderful educators.

Consistency is the key
No matter how you feel as a teacher, be consistent in your responses to the students in your care.
It's the process that is important
How a students solves a problem or expressed themselves is more important that the answer or final product. Focus on the process involved.
Focus on interaction
The teacher is not the centre of attention. Communicate how you value sharing, interaction and learning form one another.
Think creatively
Creative thought can be fostered by teachers, through encouraging and rewarding this way of thinking. If students feel that this is valued, the sky will be the limit.
Take a risk
Even if you feel there is a chance your idea won't work, give it a go and take the risk. Nothing new will be learnt if you always do things the way they have been done before.
